Apparently, there's a magazine with "Current Opinion" in its name.

I don't understand the chemistry. But I thought it was a good overview of the role of coacervates, the formation of lipid membrane, and the problems with just getting the membrane spontaneously. And I found some other articles discussing "let's create coacervates inside liposomes on a chip" to speed up the reactions they were after. Then the liposomes do the guarding of the coacervates and do the pumping of the reagents in, and the chip can be used to control the process. Amazing.
